Accommodation
We do have partners for accommodation in the main travel regions of Slovenia. We have a good relationship with partners we work with. Thus we trust that your stay with them will be enjoyable. However we only book accommodation in combination with other tour requests either through fixed tours or in the personalised section.
Insurance
Safety is of paramount importance to Midgard Experience and we pride ourselves in our attention to detail regarding safety on all our tours and of the knowledge, experience and expertise of our guides and staff members. We do however strongly advise that all passengers have in place their own adequate travel insurance against issues such as illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date.
For most of our trips to the mountains, you need to have personal insurance that covers you for ski mountaineering and the cover must include helicopter rescue. In this matter, we can recommend becoming a member of The Austrian Alpine Club as the world-wide insurance is included in the membership.

We do hike in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures and experience the nature as it is! Of course, some activities are more sensitive on the weather than others. If the weather or ground conditions are unsafe for any reason, our guides will change the activity and/or its original location.
